Asiabina Group, a Perak-based property developer, is set to launch its first project in the Klang Valley next month. The company has been active in the northern region since its inception in 1989, delivering residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Perak, Penang, and Kedah.
The new project, One Seputeh Residences, will be a 50-storey freehold development with a gross development value of RM380 million. It will offer 383 units in six layouts, with built-ups ranging from 657 to 982 sq ft, as well as five penthouse units with built-ups of 1,611 to 1,820 sq ft. The variety of unit layouts and sizes is designed to cater to different buyer preferences and needs, providing a range of options for prospective homeowners and investors.
Project Details
The selling price of the units will range from RM734,790 to RM2.03 million. Asiabina Group’s decision to venture into the Klang Valley marks a significant expansion of its business operations, driven by the company’s desire to explore new opportunities and diversify its portfolio. By entering the Klang Valley market, Asiabina Group aims to leverage its expertise and experience in property development to deliver high-quality projects that meet the evolving needs of buyers and renters.
According to the report, the company has already established a foothold in the northern region and is now ready to explore new opportunities in the Klang Valley.
